Pricing questions
What does “ARR tracked” mean?
The annual recurring revenue of the contracts in a workspace: month-end MRR times twelve. Trials and signed contracts that have not started yet are not counted.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so your CEO, board members, accountants and auditors can all have their own login at no extra cost.
Are any features held back for higher plans?
No. Every plan has every feature. Plans differ only by the ARR you track and the number of legal entities.
How does the trial work?
You get 30 days with no card. A sample company with two years of history is one click away, and you can import your own contracts from CSV whenever you are ready. The aim is to close one real month before you pay.
How do we pay?
By invoice. Annual plans are invoiced yearly and month-to-month plans monthly.
